California Tuna Melt

Serves 1-2

Multi-grain Bread
Albacore Tuna
Yellow or Red Roasted Pepper
2 slices Mozzarella Cheese
3 slices Avocado or your favorite guacamole
2 tbs butter

Open 1 15 oz can of Albacore Tuna. Mix with mayo and chopped celery. Mix in to your liking. Place butter on skillet. When it sizzles place multi-grain bread on skillet and place cheese slices on top. When bread is brown underneath and the cheese starts to melt remove and place roasted pepper in skillet. Let in warm up. Place tuna on 1 half of sandwich. Cut up the avocado and put on top of tuna. Finish with the pepper on top. Close the sandwich. Cut and enjoy!!!!
